I wore glasses for 32 years. Saw the procedure all over social media. I went in for a free consultation. The staff was awesome. Gave all the info I needed. Answered all my questions. The doctor explained every step of the procedure. I was nervous but it was easy easy. They numb your eyes. The laser machine sizes your eye and makes it's mark. Then the laser does its work. 7 seconds left eye was done. 10 seconds the right was done. Due to the fact my right eye was more bad than my left. I'm already seeing 20/20 and it's been 3 days. It's a must to sleep it out. Little discomfort after numbing meds wares out. But we'll worth it. In four hours was seeing like a champ. Overall. Great experience. And would recommend it to anyone.

I have to say, I was nervous going into the procedure. My prescription for glasses and contacts was extremely high (-7.5 for my contacts). I asked friends who have had the procedure and they all said don’t worry if you can’t get any better than 20/30 afterwards, especially with the high prescription. I arrived at the facility the morning of, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. After waiting for about 30 mins, it was finally my turn to go in. Again, the procedure was explained to me so that I knew exactly what to expect as well as what I needed to do. The entire process took all of about 10 mins. After the protective shields were taped to my face (very fashionable), I opened my eyes and I could see a cloudy image asking “can you see me?” I blinked a few times, and the image got clearer and I replied with a “yes”. The recovery process was pretty simple…. Sleep, don’t rub, and apply drops as instructed. I woke up the next day and it was like a miracle had happened. Still cloudy, but I COULD SEE…. On day five (today) I went back to the office for my post-op appointment. Let’s just say, the staff claimed that I was just showing off, but Boston’s everyone’s expectations I can now see without any prescription, and better yet, my new corrected, uncorrected vision is now 20/15. I am 46 years old and have never had vision anywhere close to 20/20 for at least 43 of my years let alone 20/15. I cannot say how life changing this procedure was for me but I just want to say that I could not be happier.
