Sean Edelstein, M.D. is a diplomat of, and double board-certified by, the American Board of Ophthalmology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Edelstein completed a Cornea and Refractive Surgery fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis and joined LasikPlus in early 2020. Dr. Edelstein serves as Associate Professor at St. Louis University and is Director of Cornea Services for their residency training program. He has particular expertise in laser refractive surgery, lens-based and cataract surgery, and corneal transplantation. In recognition of his expertise, he has been named one of the Best Doctors in America every year since 2011. In his free time, Dr. Edelstein likes to travel, cycle, and spend time with his family.

I can’t say enough good things about LASIK plus. The procedure was quick and painful free. I only wish I would have done it sooner. Being able to wake up in the morning and not fumble around for my glasses is the most amazing feeling and not dealing with contacts anymore is truly a gift.

Amazing team working at LASIKPLUS. I originally went in 2 years ago for my original consultation but as with most things life happened. But then this year I decided I was going to do it. I set up all my arrangements and went on for consultation and procedure on a Friday, legally blind when I wasn’t wearing my contacts or glasses. Went back on Monday for my follow-up and had 20/10 vision within just a few short days. I couldn’t be happier about my decision and only regret is not doing it sooner.
