I have had my new and improved eyes for a little over two months now and I am still in shock! It is so amazing that my eyes are able to see everything without help after 15+ years of putting contacts in every day. I was nearsighted with my prescription being -5.5 in one eye and -6.5 in the other. Basically, the big E on the chart you read during exams? That was just a blob to me! I couldn't see my friends faces clearly sitting across a table from me. I am SO thankful I got this surgery. I live 3 hours north of the cities so they worked with me to have a quick turnaround! My initial consultation to get everything scheduled was virtual -- the wonderful person who helped me made me SO excited about my decision to finally get this done. They scheduled my pre-surgery exam for Monday morning, my surgery for Monday afternoon, and my post surgery exam for Tuesday morning! It is worth noting that you do need to have a good pre surgery exam to keep the same day surgery appointment but it made my life SO MUCH easier. Also, they offered me $200 off for traveling to them, which was amazing because I opted for them over places near me due to their life time warranty! EVERY single person that I interacted with at LASIK Plus the day of and after my surgery was kind and made me feel safe. It's no secret that getting surgery on your eyes is a bit overwhelming but the staff was incredible and I never felt like "just another patient" even though they do THOUSANDS of surgeries a year. The surgeon was informative, confident, and made me feel surprisingly calm about the fact that he was about to laser beam my eyes. Overall, I wish I would have done this surgery sooner and I'm thankful for everyone at LASIK Plus for what they do!

Was definitely nervous about having my eyes held open, but the procedure went great fast and simple. There was no pain just uncomfortable for about 10 seconds per eye. Would definitely recommend anyone who is a candidate to get lasik

My brother and husband had done their surgery here and very much encouraged me to do it. I was hesitant because of the symptoms following surgery. My husband had a bad headache and my brother felt bumpy in the eyes. I just didn't know if I can tolerate that. After getting the surgery on the same day as the consultation, yes it felt uncomfortable but it was no where I was imagining. I wasn't able to nap after the surgery so I was definitely aware of all the symptoms and it was not bad at all. I was resting with my eyes closed for 4 hrs. When I got up to eat dinner, 4 hrs after the surgery, I was fine and able to see clearly. I am thankful for this sort of technology as I will be able to see and be with my daughter when she starts swimming lesson in the spring. I can see when I shower!! All of the staff were knowledgeable and will help walk you through the procedure. The procedure took no more than 20 mins.
