The team at LASIK plus was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and very friendly and welcoming. As a nurse, my eyesight is a vital factor in my ability to do my job effectively, and I truly felt they took my lifestyle and passion for my career into consideration on their approach. I came at them with questions and concerns and they were able to alleviate any/all hesitancy I had towards getting the procedure. The process was super simple and straight forward and the staff did a wonderful job keeping me comfortable the whole way through. Following my procedure, having a call line available with people to answer questions was a huge help. I developed a sty the next day since I'm prone to them unfortunately, and they had a staff medical line to answer questions and concerns following the procedure just to reassure me that I could treat my sty the same way I usually do. All of the information and resources they provide you are genuinely helpful to the preparation and recovery processes. Watch the videos. Read the documents. Follow the instructions, and your experience should be just as simple. Every answer you may need is there! They are very thorough. Thank you to the teams at both the Lakewood office and the Mississippi office for making this anxiety inducing process simple and smooth. Especially Randy and Dr. Bircham who I met with a couple of times throughout the process.

I was nervous and skeptical about getting lasik since I’ve had very bad vision my entire life. I’m happy to say that after the procedure, I’m seeing perfectly and my eyes feel great! I keep having to pinch myself to believe it’s real! The doctors and staff at this center are so friendly and have amazing bedside manner, which really helped calm my nerves during the procedure. You can tell they really go above and beyond for their clients. The entire process was efficient and seamless. I wish I would’ve done it sooner!
