Gabriel Perry, D.O. has been performing laser vision correction since 1999 and joined LasikPlus in 2005. Dr. Perry has performed over 54,000 laser vision correction procedures using multiple laser platforms to offer patients a variety of bladeless treatment options. He is one of the most experienced refractive surgeons in Arizona and has been recognized by peers as a Top Doctor for ophthalmology as advertised in Phoenix Magazine.
He was on staff in the Ophthalmology Department at Honor Health and taught ophthalmology residents from both Mayo and Wills Hospital residency programs. He is the medical director of Outpatients Surgical Care, LLC, where he also performs laser cataract surgery. He trains other ophthalmologists on the use of lasers for refractive surgery. He is a diplomat of the Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association.
In his free time, Dr. Perry enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids. He has a passion for travel, golf, tennis, running and participating in car racing events.

Ok this is going to be long and drawn out but I gotta leave a review. TDLR: highly recommend getting your LASIK done with this company. I had my operation February 13th. I had a -4 and a -3 astigmatism in both my eyes. First off Dr. Perry was the greatest doctor I have had. He called me the day before and the night after my lasik operation to make sure I was healing ok and if I had any questions or concerns. He was very patient with me ( I got scared don't judge me) but he talked me through and made me feel heard and comfortable during the operation. Dr. C was great because during my check up before and after she was there to make sure I understood everything. I asked her a kajillion questions and got a kajillion and 1 answers. Very kind person. Jen was also very nice and supportive making sure I know how to use my medicine and eye drops and gave helpful information about keeping my eyes in the best health. Daniel showed me how to adjust better to using the eye drops. (My depth perception was off) He helped me reevaluate my eyes the next day and was very funny as well. He made the entire process fun/ educational. Cierra was a very kind person as well. She helped me understand the entire process of getting evaluated for LASIK and the different options of financing. A welcoming smile made me feel very comfortable with understanding the entire process. Overall this was the best experience I have ever had. The only bag thing I can say (which was on me for not speaking up) if that I should have asked for more numbing drops for me eye. But the team saw I was uncomfortable during the operation and asked if I wanted some more. As for now I can see 20/15. I have no issues whatsoever. I have never felt more confident in myself. I can't wait to go snowboarding with my new functioning eye balls. Thanks for reading this entire novel. You all are the best. I highly recommend them.

Friendly staff, flexible and fast scheduling, plenty of opportunities to ask questions for clarification, quick procedure handled expertly with a surgeon who called later in the day to check in. Phenomenal experience overall. They even checked multiple times that I had arranged for a ride home.
