From beginning to end: terrific. The process is convenient and efficient with an unparalleled user experience. There’s wide availability for appointments/procedures that fit your schedule/needs. Arguably the best part, along with the improved vision, is Dr. Ellis and technician Amy. They are superbly friendly, welcoming and competent. See for yourself!
Very happy with the outcome and wish I had gotten the procedure to correct my vision sooner. The staff were fantastic and seemed genuinely engaged with me as a patient/customer. I was surprised by how little discomfort I felt after the operation, especially in comparison to things having a scratched cornea or a black eye. I was also surprised at how fast the recovery was. The only thing I think LasikPlus needs to improve is their text/email communication. Although I had scheduled an initial consultation to be followed by the operation, I only received communication about the operation appointment. I was confused by repeated reminders about the operation appointment time and assumed that it referred to the consultation as well. I was late to my consultation, but the staff was flexible and worked with me anyway.
I am so happy I decided to have LASIK. The entire team at LasikPlus was very kind. The overall procedure was quick and painless. After the numbing drops wore off, it took me a little time to adjust to the discomfort but was able to fall asleep for a few hours which made the discomfort more manageable. I am finding I notice the little things like seeing things when I wake in the night or seeing what I am reaching for in the shower, best decision ever!!
I don’t know if I can express how pleased I am with my trip to LASIK plus this past Saturday. I went in for consult and was offered same day surgery, which was a no brainer for me. All the staff was wonderful and explained the process every step of the way. Dr. Altman explained every step of the procedure before he took me back to do the procedure, and then explained everything step by step as he was doing it. I went back this morning for my follow up and once again everyone was wonderful! I will definitely recommend my friends to come here!
