Dr. Ellis is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has performed over 42,000 LASIK and PRK procedures since 1998.  He has received the Physician’s Recognition Award from the American Medical Association for the past 6 years and has been listed in the Guide to America’s Top Ophthalmologists.

Dr. Ellis has published journal articles on corneal surgery and computerized corneal mapping and has lectured on LASIK at ophthalmology training programs. He also has provided free eye exams to low-income seniors thru the Eyecare America program since 2003.  Volunteers in this program were awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the American Academy of Ophthalmology in 2006.

iii. The cost of a Traditional LASIK procedure with Lifetime in Fresno and Sacramento is $2099 per eye. The cost of a Traditional LASIK procedure with Lifetime in San Francisco and San Diego is $1999 per eye. No finance charges will be assessed if the amount in full is paid by the due date. If it is not, finance charges will be assessed on the purchase price from the date of purchase at a variable APR of 22.23% (as of May 1, 2008, subject to market changes). A minimum monthly payment of 3% of the balance is required and your payment for LASIK can be $90 per month for a  Traditional LASIK with Lifetime procedure.
